Fit Finder helps narrow the catalogue down to the kits that suit your device and how you use it. It is a guide built from the answers you give — here is exactly what it does, what it cannot know, and what to do if a recommendation misses.
01What Fit Finder is
Fit Finder is an automated recommendation tool. It takes four answers — device type, model family, primary use and whether you want a magnetic setup — and matches them against our own product catalogue to suggest one main kit plus one or two add-ons.
02Recommendations are guidance, not a guarantee
Fit Finder output is a suggestion based on the inputs you give. It is not a compatibility guarantee, a technical certification or professional advice. The final decision rests on your actual device and your own judgement. Always check the compatibility note on the product page before ordering.
03What it cannot know
- It does not detect your device — it only reads what you type.
- It works by model family, so it cannot resolve every individual model variant or regional edition.
- It does not account for other cases, skins or attachments already on your device.
- It does not quote live stock, delivery dates or lead times.
04If a recommendation does not fit
If a kit chosen through Fit Finder turns out not to fit, it is covered by our normal 30-day return window for unused, sealed items — see the Refund & Returns policy. Cellhaus Plus members also get a 30-day compatibility exchange.
05Data and automated decisions
Answers you give Fit Finder are used to produce your recommendation in the moment. The tool does not profile you and does not make legal or similarly significant automated decisions about you. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
