This policy explains what personal data Cellhaus collects when you shop for mobile and desk accessories, why we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. It covers delivery addresses, order fulfilment, returns support, delivery carriers and payment-billing data handling.
01Who is responsible
Cellhaus is a trading brand of CELL CAPITAL LIMITED, the data controller for this store, registered at 843 Finchley Road, NW11 8NA, London, United Kingdom. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact support@cellcapi.shop or write to us at the registered office above.
This policy applies to cellcapi.shop and to orders, accounts and support handled through it.
02What we collect
We collect only what we need to sell and deliver accessories and to support you:
- Order and delivery data: name, email, phone (optional), delivery address, city, postal code and country.
- Payment boundary data: the fact and status of a payment, amounts and the last card digits shown to us by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Account and membership data: membership tier, renewal status and shipment history where you subscribe to Cellhaus Plus.
- Support data: messages, enquiry details and anything you choose to send us.
- Technical data: essential cookies, device/browser type and aggregated analytics.
03Where it comes from
Most data comes directly from you when you use Fit Finder, add to cart, check out, subscribe or contact us. Payment confirmation data comes from our payment processor. Technical data is generated by your device when you browse the site.
04Why we use it and legal bases
- To fulfil your order (performance of a contract): process payment, ship items, handle returns.
- To provide support (contract / legitimate interests): answer enquiries and resolve issues.
- To run memberships (contract): manage subscriptions and quarterly shipments.
- To keep the store secure and improve it (legitimate interests): fraud prevention, analytics.
- To meet legal duties (legal obligation): tax, accounting and consumer-law records.
- Marketing (consent): only where you opt in; you can withdraw at any time.
05Payment provider boundary
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted checkout and are handled by Stripe as an independent controller/processor under PCI-DSS. Cellhaus does not see, receive or store full card numbers, CVC or full PAN data. We receive only the payment result and limited metadata needed to fulfil and account for your order.
07International transfers
Some processors operate outside the UK/EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on UK/EU adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where relevant) to keep your data protected.
08How long we keep it
- Order and tax records: up to 6 years, to meet UK accounting and consumer-law duties.
- Support and enquiry leads: up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised.
- Marketing consents: until you withdraw consent.
- Membership records: for the life of the subscription plus statutory retention.
09Your rights (UK GDPR, EU GDPR, CCPA)
Under UK and EU GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing or withdraw consent. Under the CCPA, California residents can request to know, delete and correct personal information and are protected from discrimination for exercising these rights.
To exercise any right, email support@cellcapi.shop. We respond within statutory timeframes.
10Do Not Sell or Share
Cellhaus does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is therefore nothing to opt out of on that basis, but you may still contact us to confirm this in writing.
12Automated decisions and children
Fit Finder gives non-binding suggestions based on your inputs; it does not make legal or similarly significant automated decisions about you. The store is not intended for children under 13, who may not use it. Customers aged 13–17 may only order with the consent of a parent or guardian.
13Security, complaints and contact
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit, access controls and processor due diligence — to protect your data. No method is perfectly secure, but we work to keep risk low.
If you have a complaint, contact us first at support@cellcapi.shop. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or your local supervisory authority.
