Cellhaus sells consumer electronics accessories as physical retail goods only — cases, stands, mounts, organisers and cable management. Cellhaus does not provide any financial, investment, holding, asset-management, payment/exchange, lending or advisory service, and there is no continuation of any such activity through this store. Nothing on this site is an offer of, or advice about, financial products.

We describe each kit, its contents and its price in USD as accurately as we can. Product images are illustrative; devices shown are generic and unbranded. All prices are one-time purchases in USD unless clearly marked as a Cellhaus Plus membership.

Accessory compatibility is stated by model family. It is your responsibility to confirm the fit for your exact device before ordering. Fit Finder gives guidance based on your inputs only. Where an item does not fit because the wrong model was selected, it is handled under our Refund & Returns policy. Cellhaus is not affiliated with, and does not use the trademarks of, any phone, tablet or computer manufacturer.

Magnetic accessories can affect pacemakers and other medical devices; keep a safe distance and consult your device or clinician guidance if in doubt. Screen protectors and films are applied at your own risk following the included instructions.

Cellhaus does not sell any product containing a lithium power cell (such as power banks or batteries). Our charging organiser holds cables you supply and has no built-in battery.

A contract forms when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of pricing error, suspected fraud or stock issues, and will refund any payment taken. Payment is processed by Stripe; see our Privacy Policy for the payment boundary.

Plus and Pro are service subscriptions billed in USD that renew until cancelled. Benefits include member pricing, shipping benefits and one curated accessory shipped each quarter as a fulfilment benefit. Memberships carry no credits, no stored balance and no withdrawable value, and shipment benefits do not roll over. Manage or cancel any time in the Stripe customer portal.

You must be able to form a binding contract to order. The store is not for children under 13. Customers aged 13–17 may only order with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms. Return windows, exceptions and the process are set out in the Refund & Returns policy and Shipping & Delivery policy.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for misuse, or for incompatibility caused by an incorrect model selection.
