You may return unused items in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Start a return by emailing support@cellcapi.shop with your order number.

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or unsealed: screen protectors and films, cleaning wipes, microfiber cloths and any personal-care item. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty.

If a kit does not fit because the wrong model family was selected, you can exchange it under the 30-day window provided the item is unused and sealed. Use Fit Finder and the product compatibility notes to confirm fit before ordering. Cellhaus Plus members receive a 30-day compatibility exchange benefit.

If an item arrives damaged or is faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping, for verified transit damage or manufacturing faults.

For change-of-mind returns, you cover return shipping and we refund the item price. There is no restocking fee. For faulty or mis-shipped items, we cover all shipping. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the whole order is faulty or cancelled under statutory rights.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days of us receiving and checking the returned item. We refund in USD to match the original charge.

Cellhaus Plus is a service subscription. You can cancel any time in the Stripe customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals. Membership fees already billed for the current period are not pro-rated, and quarterly accessory shipments are a benefit rather than a refundable balance.
